Bizaxl College Management has a single hub for all academic operations: the Education workspace. From there, every feature is reachable in two or three clicks. This page shows you how the workspace is laid out, how different departments use it daily, and how to find anything quickly.

The Education Workspace

Click Education in the left menu bar to open the Education workspace. This is the home base for all academic operations. The workspace has two main sections: Shortcuts (quick-access tiles at the top) and Reports & Masters (grouped cards in the body).

Shortcuts - Your Live Dashboard

Eight shortcuts sit at the top of the workspace. Each shows a live count so you know the current state before you open anything. Reading the shortcuts: The Sales Invoice count is particularly important for the finance team - if this number is high and the due date is approaching, collection follow-up is needed. The Student count tells management how many active students the institution has at any moment.
