The Bizaxl mobile app is a companion to your Bizaxl workspace. It lets you capture or upload business documents (invoices, quotations, purchase orders, delivery challans, and more), extract the key fields automatically with OCR, review and correct them, and submit the reviewed data straight into your workspace. Beyond documents, the app brings your dashboards, reports, approvals, and notifications to your phone, and gives you full access to your Bizaxl workspace when you need it. The app is available for iOS and Android.
You sign in with the same account you use for your Bizaxl workspace. What you can see and do in the app follows the same roles and permissions as the web workspace.

A typical day

  1. Sign in to your workspace.
  2. Tap the + button and capture a document with Scan, Gallery, or Documents.
  3. Wait for the upload and OCR processing to finish.
  4. Classify the document type if the app asks.
  5. Review the extracted fields and confidence score.
  6. Correct any low-confidence or missing fields.
  7. Tap Submit to Bizaxl, or let eligible documents submit automatically.
  8. Finalize the resulting draft from Uploads when you are ready.
