The LMS has two distinct interfaces: the admin workspace (where instructors and administrators build and manage the platform) and the learner portal (where students access courses, join live classes, take quizzes, and track progress). This page explains both and shows how each role navigates their daily work.

The LMS Admin Workspace

From Bizaxl’s main menu, click LMS to open the LMS workspace. This is the administration hub for platform management.

Workspace Shortcuts

Six live shortcut tiles sit at the top of the LMS workspace: These shortcuts give you an instant snapshot of platform health without running a report.

Workspace Cards

Below the shortcuts, three cards group related records: Course Data card Links to: Course, Chapter, Lesson, Quiz, Quiz Submission Course Stats card Links to: Interest, Review Certification card Links to: Certification, Evaluation Request, Evaluation

Dashboard Charts

The LMS workspace includes three charts that display graphical trends: These charts answer the question: “Is engagement with the LMS growing, stable, or declining?” They are your first visual indicator of platform performance.

The Learner Portal

The learner-facing LMS portal is a separate web interface at the /lms URL on your site. Learners access it by logging in with their Bizaxl user account. The portal is the primary experience for students - they rarely (if ever) use the admin workspace.

Portal Navigation Structure

The portal sidebar and navigation are configured in LMS Settings → Sidebar Items. The standard portal sections are: Learners also have a Profile page showing their enrolled courses, completed courses, earned certificates, and badges.
