Insurance Advisor has two web portals: one for staff (admins and advisors) and one for customers (policyholders). Which one you land on is decided automatically by who you are, so you always arrive in the right place.

Logging in

1

Open the login page

Go to your agency’s Insurance Advisor address and sign in with the email and password you were given.
2

Let the system route you

Staff (admins and advisors) are taken to the advisor portal. Customers are taken to the customer portal. You do not need to pick.
3

Reset your password if needed

If you are a new customer, an admin can either set your portal password for you when they add or convert your lead (so you can sign in straight away), or send you a reset link so you can choose your own before your first sign-in.
Customers are portal-only users: your login gives you the customer portal and nothing else. Staff logins open the advisor portal.

The advisor portal (staff)

This is the workspace for admins and advisors. Advisors see only their own book of business; admins see everything across the agency, plus two areas that are admin-only.

Dashboard

Your landing page, with key numbers and an overview of your pipeline.

Updates

A single activity feed across the whole agency (new and converted leads, applications, issued policies, payments, service requests, and feedback), with category and date filters. Admin-only.

Leads

Your prospects. Open a lead to log a call, record a follow-up, and move it along the pipeline.

Customers

Your clients. Open a client to see their details, policies, and KYC.

Agents

The agency’s advisors and their performance. Admin-only.

Tasks

Your to-do list of follow-ups, renewals, and document work.

Need Analysis

Assess a client’s coverage needs and gap. An admin can assign any advisor here; an advisor’s own form is set to themselves.

Sales Illustration

Compare plans side by side with projected premiums and maturity values.

E-Application

File a proposal for a lead with nominees, health declarations, and the client’s consent, and carry it through submit, review, and approval right on the page. Submitting it turns the lead into a client with a portal login; when it is approved the policy is issued for you, with a shortcut to record the first premium.

KYC Upload

Upload and verify a client’s KYC documents.

Products

Browse the plan catalog (admins can create and edit plans).

Policies

The policies in your book, with their status and key dates.

Commissions

The commission you have earned, with tax and net amounts.

Payments

Record premium payments and review collections.

Service Requests

Requests raised by your clients (address, contact, or nominee changes). View one and set its status: the update reflects back to the client’s portal.

Feedback

Client compliments, complaints, and suggestions to respond to.

Notifications

Alerts about your clients, policies, and commissions.

Profile

Your public digital-card microsite: bio, specializations, highlighted plans, and testimonials.

A typical advisor flow

1

Qualify the lead

Open a lead from Leads, log your call, and move it through Contacted, Qualified, and Proposal.
2

Analyze and illustrate

Run a Need Analysis, then build a Sales Illustration to recommend a plan.
3

File the application

Complete an E-Application with nominees and the client’s consent, and submit it.
4

Issue and collect

Once the application is approved a policy is created. Record premiums under Payments, and your commission appears under Commissions.

The customer portal (policyholders)

This is your self-service portal. You only ever see your own records.

My Policies

All your policies. Open one to see its full detail.

Explore Plans

Browse the plans on offer with their key features. Open a plan to see its detail.

My Applications

The applications made for you and where each one is in the process.

My Advisory

The needs assessment and plan illustration your advisor prepared for you.

Invoices

Your premium invoices and receipts, ready to download.

Nominees

The nominees on your policies. Request a change when you need to.

Service Requests

Raise a request such as an address, contact, or nominee change, and track its progress.

KYC Verification

Submit or update your KYC details and documents.

Feedback

My Profile

Keep your own contact details up to date.
Some fields are managed by your advisor for compliance and are shown as read-only on your side, such as your KYC verification status and your assigned advisor. You can always update your own contact and profile details.
