The Insurance Management Workspace
The Insurance Management workspace is the primary starting point for all insurance operations. It is organised into four zones.
Zone 1 - Number Cards (Live KPI Counters)
Eight numbers update in real time throughout the day. These are the fastest way to spot what needs attention.
How to use them: Click any card to jump directly to the filtered list of records behind that number. No manual searching needed.
Zone 2 - Workflow Pipeline
A visual diagram shows the three main process chains at a glance: Insurance Process: Insurance Product → Policy Proposal → Insurance Policy → Premium Schedule → Sales Invoice Insurance Claim Process: Insurance Claim → Journal Entry → Payment Entry Employee Insurance: Insurance Policy → Insurance Member Request → Salary Slip This pipeline is a reference map - it helps new team members understand how each record connects to the next.Zone 3 - Charts
Two charts give a portfolio-level view: Insurance Sum Assured by Company (Donut chart) - Shows how your total coverage commitment is distributed across insurance providers. Use this in portfolio reviews or when assessing provider concentration. Insurance Product Policy Term (Bar chart) - Shows which insurance products are generating the most proposals. Use this to spot high-demand and low-demand products.Zone 4 - Quick Access Cards
Three card groups give one-click access to every form in the module:The Law Management Workspace
Law Management uses a structured workspace with shortcuts and card groups organised around the legal workflow.
