These 2 email templates are written for the person who runs a medical store - not a corporate buyer, not a manager, but the owner who opens the shutter every morning and closes it every night. Each email speaks to something they have lived, not a problem they have been told they have.
Each template includes a subject line, preview text, full email body, emotional trigger, and a suggested follow-up.

Writing Principles

Every word in these templates was written by thinking like a medical store owner - not like a salesperson.
  1. Start with their real day - not a pain point category, but an actual moment they have lived
  2. Name the feeling, not the feature - the reader should nod before they read the solution
  3. Keep it short - a busy owner reads the first three lines and decides; earn every line
  4. Close softly - invite a conversation, never demand a demo
The reader should never feel sold to. They should feel understood.
