The counter lives at /pos. It opens on the selling screen, with the other screens a tap away in the sidebar. This page shows you where everything is and who can reach it.

Who sees what

Access follows your role. If a screen is missing, your role does not include it.

The back office

Administrators also have a Desk workspace, Point of Sale, for setup:
  • POS Settings turns features on and off and sets your branding, defaults, and hardware.
  • Terminals lists every till, its store, and its assigned cashier.
  • Sales opens the list of completed sales.
The workspace also links to the platform records the counter builds on: sales, stores (POS Profiles), shift opening and closing, items, prices, pricing rules, and payment modes.

Before you sell

Set these up first (an administrator does this once):
  1. A store (POS Profile) with its warehouse and company.
  2. POS Settings configured, with the pharmacy features on if you need them.
  3. At least one active terminal, bound to the store and a cashier.
  4. A catalogue with items, prices, and stock. For batch-tracked medicines, add stock with batches before selling.
See Setup and the counter for the selling flow, and the shared Bizaxl and BAS docs for stores, items, and customers.
