When you log in to Bizaxl and open the Healthcare workspace, you land on the clinic’s main control panel. This page explains everything you see and where to go for each task.
Healthcare workspace showing four number cards at top, appointment chart, shortcuts row, and category cards below

The Number Cards (Your Live Counters)

At the top of the workspace, four number cards give you an instant snapshot of what is happening right now. Each card shows a percentage change compared to the previous period, so you can see immediately if your clinic is busier or quieter than yesterday.

The Appointment Chart

Below the number cards, a bar chart shows the number of appointments over time (by appointment date, excluding cancelled). Use this to see:
  • Which days are the busiest
  • Whether appointment volume is growing over weeks or months
  • Seasonal patterns in patient visits

Your Shortcuts

The shortcuts row gives you one-click access to the most commonly used lists. Each shortcut shows a live count.
