Healthcare workspace showing four number cards at top, appointments chart, shortcuts row, and category cards below

The Number Cards (Your Live Counters)

At the top of the workspace, four cards give you an instant snapshot of the current state of your practice. Each card shows a percentage change compared to the previous period, so you can immediately see if today is busier or quieter than yesterday.

The Appointments Chart

Below the number cards, a bar chart shows appointment volume by day (excluding cancelled appointments). Use this to:
  • Identify which days of the week are busiest for bookings
  • See whether appointment volume is growing over time
  • Spot patterns (e.g., more post-op visits after a surgery day)

Your Shortcuts

The shortcuts row gives you one-click access to the most commonly used lists. Each shortcut shows a live count.

Below the shortcuts, the workspace is divided into grouped cards. Each card is a set of related records.
