Notifications - Bizaxl Documentation

Notifications keep you informed about activity on your documents and approvals. The bell icon in the Home header shows a badge with your unread count.

The notifications screen

Tap the bell to open your notifications, grouped by date (Today, Yesterday, This Week, Older). Each notification shows a type icon, a title, a short summary, the time, and a type label. Unread notifications are highlighted.

Notification type	When you receive it
Uploaded	A document finished uploading
Processed	OCR finished and a document is ready for review
Failed	A document could not be processed
Review needed	A document is waiting for your review
Approved / Rejected	An approval decision was recorded
Submitted	A document was submitted to your workspace
Submission failed	A submission did not complete
Workflow approval	An item needs your approval

Managing notifications

Open: tap a notification to go straight to the related document or approval. It is marked as read.
Mark all read: clear every unread notification at once with the button in the header.
Delete: remove a single notification with its delete icon.
Refresh: pull down to load the latest.

Push notifications

The app can send push notifications so you are alerted even when it is closed. The first time it is relevant, the app asks for permission with a short explanation. Tap Allow to enable push alerts, or Not Now to decide later.

If you tapped Not Now and want push alerts later, enable notifications for the app in your device settings.
