## What we Offer

bizaxl Point of Sale is a ready-to-run selling counter for retail and pharmacy stores. It gives your staff a fast, touch-first screen to search stock, build a cart, take payment, and print a receipt in seconds, and it wraps that counter in the tools a real till needs every day: cash shifts with an end-of-day count, returns within a set window, batch and expiry picking for products that need it, offline selling that syncs safely, customer loyalty, and control of every terminal from one screen. The same counter runs a general shop or a pharmacy by changing settings, not software, and it sits on top of your existing catalogue, stock, and accounting so every sale posts back automatically.

## Who is it Built For?

* Independent Retail Stores
* Pharmacies and Medical Stores
* Multi-Terminal Store Counters
* Stores with Intermittent Connectivity
* Businesses Standardising Several Tills
* Verticals Extending POS with Custom Rules

## Business Priorities We Accelerate

<Warning>
  These are the everyday counter problems this solution is built to remove.
</Warning>

* **Slow billing** - Manual billing at peak hours creates queues and errors. A touch-first counter with search and barcode scan keeps the line moving.
* **End-of-day disputes** - Cash that does not reconcile costs time and trust. Shifts with an opening float and a counted Z-Report make every session accountable.
* **Expiry waste** - Selling newer stock while older stock expires unseen leads to write-offs. First Expiry First Out picking and expiry alerts stop it.
* **Downtime at the till** - A dropped connection should not stop sales. Offline mode keeps the counter working and syncs safely when the connection returns.
* **Inconsistent tills** - Several counters configured differently cause mistakes. One settings record and one terminal list keep every till consistent.
* **Refund risk** - Unbounded refunds invite error and fraud. A refund window and batch-accurate restocking keep returns controlled.

## Success Story

A pharmacy running several counters switched to bizaxl Point of Sale to standardise every till. Cashiers now ring up sales in seconds, the counter picks the nearest-expiry batch on every medicine, and end-of-day cash reconciles against a counted Z-Report per till. When the connection drops during peak hours, the counters keep selling and sync afterwards, and expiry alerts let the team clear stock before it becomes waste.
