# Home Dashboard

> Your home screen shows what needs attention, recent uploads, workspace charts, and quick access to upload and notifications.

After you sign in, the **Home** tab gives you an overview of your workspace activity and quick ways to act on it.

## What you see

| Section              | What it shows                                                                                                                                          |
| -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Header**           | A welcome greeting with your name and your site, plus the notification bell                                                                            |
| **Action Required**  | Counts of items that need you: documents to review and approvals awaiting your decision. Tap to jump straight to them                                  |
| **Recent Uploads**   | Your latest documents, each with its type, status, supplier or vendor, amount, uploader, and time since upload. Tap **View all** to open the full list |
| **Bizaxl Workspace** | A card that opens your complete workspace inside the app (see [Full workspace access](/mobile-app/full-workspace-access))                              |
| **Charts**           | Configurable charts from your workspace. Use the settings icon to choose which charts appear                                                           |

## Things you can do from Home

* **Start an upload**: tap the floating **+** button at the bottom right. See [Uploading documents](/mobile-app/uploading-documents).
* **Open a document**: tap any card in Recent Uploads to see its details.
* **Jump to what needs you**: tap an **Action Required** row to open Uploads (for review) or Approvals.
* **Open notifications**: tap the bell in the header. A badge shows how many are unread. See [Notifications](/mobile-app/notifications).
* **Show or hide charts**: tap the settings icon on the charts section.

## The bottom navigation

The bar at the bottom of the screen is always available:

| Tab           | What it is for                                                                        |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Home**      | This dashboard overview                                                               |
| **Uploads**   | Every document you have uploaded, plus drafts. Shows a badge for items needing review |
| **Insights**  | Workspace dashboards and charts                                                       |
| **Approvals** | Items awaiting your decision. Shows a badge for pending items                         |
| **Profile**   | Your account, stats, and settings                                                     |

<Tip>
  The badges on **Uploads** and **Approvals** mirror the counts in the Action Required card, so you can see outstanding work at a glance without opening each tab.
