# Full Workspace Access

> Open your complete Bizaxl workspace inside the app to reach every dashboard, record, and report beyond the mobile screens.

The mobile screens cover your most common tasks, but sometimes you need the full workspace: a report the app does not surface, a record type without a dedicated screen, or an administrative task. The **Bizaxl Workspace** card gives you your complete workspace, right inside the app.

## Opening your workspace

From the **Home** tab, tap the **Bizaxl Workspace** card. The app opens your workspace and signs you in automatically, so you do not need to enter your credentials again.

## What you can do

Inside the workspace you have the same capabilities as on the web:

* Open and edit any record type, including ones without a dedicated mobile screen
* View every dashboard and report in full detail
* Create documents such as orders and invoices
* Complete administrative and setup tasks

## Getting around

* Use the header **back** control to step back through pages you have opened.
* On Android, the device back button first goes back within the workspace, then exits when you reach the start.
* **Pull down** to refresh the current page.
* Tap the **open in browser** icon to continue in your device browser if you prefer a larger view.

<Tip>
  Use the mobile screens for quick, focused tasks (uploading, reviewing, approving) and switch to full workspace access when you need depth or breadth the dedicated screens do not cover.
