# Dashboards and Insights
> Track your workspace KPIs and charts from the Insights tab, switching between workspaces to see the numbers that matter.
The **Insights** tab brings your workspace dashboards to your phone. Use it to check key numbers and trends without opening the full workspace.
## Switching workspaces
A row of workspace tabs runs across the top (for example, **Selling** or **Buying**). Tap a workspace to see its dashboard. The workspaces available to you match the ones in your Bizaxl workspace.
## What a dashboard shows
| Part | What it is |
| ------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Overview** | A grid of number cards (KPIs) such as total orders, total revenue, or pending approvals. Each card shows a label and its current value |
| **Charts** | Full-width charts for the workspace, such as line, bar, and pie charts, with titles and legends |
The figures are the same ones your workspace calculates, so what you see on your phone matches the web.
## Keeping data fresh
* **Pull down** to refresh and reload the latest figures.
* Dashboards are cached briefly for speed, so a manual refresh guarantees the newest numbers.
