# Getting Around

> How to navigate the Bizaxl Manufacturing product — workspaces, shortcuts, daily monitoring tools, and where to find every feature.

This page explains the layout of the Manufacturing product in Bizaxl. It covers every workspace, its purpose, the shortcuts inside it, and how the different areas connect so you can move quickly between the features you use every day.

## The Manufacturing Workspace

The **Manufacturing** workspace is your central control point for production activities. You reach it from the main navigation menu.

### Your Shortcuts

The top section of the Manufacturing workspace shows quick-access shortcuts. Each shortcut shows how many records are active or in progress, so you can see the current state of production at a glance.

Below the shortcuts, the workspace is divided into cards covering every feature group.

## The Stock Workspace

The **Stock** workspace manages your raw material stores, in-process inventory, and finished goods.

### Number Cards (Stock Workspace)

These three cards appear at the top of the Stock workspace and give you an instant stock health summary:

| Card                   | What It Shows                                              |
| ---------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Total Stock Value**  | The combined value of all items held across all warehouses |
| **Total Warehouses**   | The number of active warehouses in the system              |
| **Total Active Items** | The number of items currently in use                       |

### Dashboard Chart (Stock Workspace)

The **Warehouse Wise Stock Value** chart breaks down total stock value by warehouse. Use it to see whether stock is concentrated in raw materials, WIP, or finished goods.

| **Stock Ledger**     | Opens the ledger report                  |
| **Stock Balance**    | Opens the balance report                 |
| **Stock Dashboard**  | Opens the full stock analytics dashboard |

## The Buying Workspace

The **Buying** workspace manages all procurement activities — from raising purchase requests to receiving and paying for materials.

### Dashboard Chart (Buying Workspace)

**Purchase Order Trends** shows the volume of purchase orders over time, helping you spot seasonal purchasing patterns or unusual spikes.

## The Selling Workspace

The **Selling** workspace handles customer orders, quotations, and delivery tracking.

**Sales Order Trends** shows the volume of sales orders over time.

## The Accounting Workspace

The **Accounting** workspace covers all financial transactions and reports.

**Profit and Loss** chart tracks income against expenses over time.

## The Quality Workspace

The **Quality** workspace manages inspection records, quality goals, and corrective actions.

## The GST India Workspace

The **GST India** workspace handles Indian tax compliance — filing returns, e-invoicing, and e-waybill generation.

## How to Move Between Workspaces

You can switch between workspaces from the main navigation bar at the top of the screen. Each workspace appears as a named icon in the sidebar or top menu.

For quick access to frequently used records:

* Use the workspace shortcut cards to jump to filtered lists
* Use the search bar (Ctrl + K or Cmd + K) to search for any record by name
* Use the notification bell to see pending approvals or alerts
