## What we Offer

bizaxl Café is a complete counter-service operation for cafés, coffee shops, bakeries and quick-service outlets. Customers scan the table or counter QR code and order from their own phone with no app and no account, paying online or at the till. The kitchen works from a live display that shows each order and moves it through preparation. The counter runs a proper cash shift: the cashier opens a till, rings up walk-in orders, bills them, and closes the shift against a counted Z-Report. Owners configure the menu, modifiers, add-ons and pricing once, watch trade on a live dashboard, and run several outlets from the same system, each with its own ordering link, its own menu and pricing, its own counters and its own daily token series. Every bill and every shift close is mirrored into the accounting and stock ledgers automatically, so the books are done by the time the shutters come down.

## Who is it Built For?

* Cafés and Coffee Shops
* Bakeries and Patisseries
* Quick-Service and Takeaway Counters
* Juice Bars, Tea Rooms and Dessert Counters
* Cloud Kitchens Taking Direct Orders
* Multi-Outlet Café Chains

## Business Priorities We Accelerate

* **Queues at the counter** - One person taking every order becomes the bottleneck at peak hours. Customers scan a QR code and order from their own phone, so the counter bills instead of transcribing.
* **Orders lost between counter and kitchen** - Shouted orders and paper chits go missing and get made twice. Every order lands on a live kitchen display and is advanced through preparation on screen.
* **Cash that does not tally** - A drawer counted at midnight with no record of the shift invites disputes. Each cashier opens a till with a float and closes against a counted Z-Report that shows expected against actual, with any excess or shortage recorded.
* **Menu drift between outlets** - Separate price lists per outlet drift apart and confuse customers. One menu is maintained centrally, and each outlet chooses whether it serves the full menu or its own listed selection with its own prices.
* **Books done twice** - Re-keying the day's sales into accounts wastes an evening and introduces errors. Every counter sale and every online order posts to the sales and stock ledgers as it happens.
* **Discounts given away at the till** - Unbounded discretion at the counter erodes margin quietly. A per-outlet cap limits what a cashier can discount, and every discount is recorded against the order.
