# Workflow Overview

> Three complete patient journeys through the home care system - new patient onboarding and first visit, ongoing wound care, and a home blood test.

Here are three complete journeys showing how a patient moves through the home care system from start to finish. Each journey shows which record is created, who creates it, and what happens next.
